Extrasode: ‘Bernie’
It is always fun to re-visit with a favorite director, and this week CMC did just that with a sneak peak at Richard Linklater’s latest. “Bernie” is a true crime dramedy starring Jack Black, Shirley MacClaine, and Matthew McConaughey, plus the colourful denizens of Carthage, Texas based on an article by Skip Hollandsworth (also co-writer of this film) in Texas Monthly.
